I want to know if i am having an issue with the card or even the PSU(is it enough for the built?) or it's just a driver or software related error and any advice on how i can fix it will be appreciated. I disabled the ULPS through registry and made an overclock to the gpu using amd software as attached in the screen shot and the strangest thing that even with the default setting when i am doing stress test using amd software i got stress test faild error and the card doesn't draw more than 80 w, but if iam using another application such as furmark it runs perfectly. To FULLY reset Wattman you need to disable it and the only way I have found is to do a FULL DDU driver removal and then reinstall drivers, never enabling Wattman. However i don't have this issue when i am playing high demanding games like god of war for an example. In fact when you first start Wattman I have noticed something takes place right off. I just bought msi rx 6600 xt gaming x (driver version 22.7.1 beta ) and i having an issue that whenever i am using "Gameloop" application it closes automatically and i get a notification says that "default Radeon WattMan settings has been restored".
